Sparkling Tales | The Guarantee & Exchange Guide

At Sparkling Tales, every piece of jewelry is curated to be a part of your journey. We strive for perfection, but we understand that sometimes the story needs a small edit. Below is our policy for ensuring you are delighted with your purchase.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

To ensure that every customer receives brand-new, hygienic, and pristine jewelry, all sales at Sparkling Tales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for “change of mind” once a piece has been delivered. We invite you to explore our photos and descriptions thoroughly before making your selection.

2. When the Tale Goes Wrong (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If your jewelry arrives with a defect or if we sent the wrong item by mistake, we will make it right immediately.

  • The 24-Hour Window: Please notify us at talessparkling@gmail.com or via Instagram DM within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The Proof: Because we take great care in packaging, we require a clear unboxing video or high-resolution photos of the item and its original packaging to verify the issue.
  • The Resolution: We will arrange a complimentary pickup and dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible.

3. Perfecting Your Fit (Size & Product Exchanges)

We know finding the right ring size online can be a challenge. If your piece doesn’t fit quite right:

  • Exchange Fee: A processing and reverse-logistics fee of $30 (subject to location) applies to all exchanges.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, in its original state, and in all original Sparkling Tales packaging.
  • The Process: Once our team inspects the returned item, your new size or chosen product will be shipped out. We are here to guide you through this process via email or Instagram DM.

4. Order Adjustments & Cancellations

  • Your Choice: Once an order is confirmed and enters our processing system, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing.
  • Our Promise: If Sparkling Tales is unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability, we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be credited back to your original payment method within 4–6 business days.
